You are blessed beings, each and every one of you. You are beings of light and love. I am that one that you know as Jesus, and we are here to love you, encourage you, to wrap our arms around you and to be present in a real, tangible way in your midst. We want to remind you of our great love, and the great love of so many beings who are here now with you, speaking and communicating to you in ways you cannot consciously appreciate. All is well. All is better than well. These are grand times and you are all grand, glorious beings. Never sell yourselves short, especially to yourselves. All is proceeding as it should. The ascension process is indeed well underway, and we are happy that you are all gathered here because you wish to be a part of that ascension process. And indeed you are. You are all having things come up in your incarnations, in your daily lives, that are arising to be catalysts for your frequency, as necessary aids to your awakening and ascension. See everything that arises for your attention as gifts, for that is what they are. We remind you also about the great importance of meditation at this time. Ensure that you have time every day in which your mind is quiet and open. When there is little or no static of many thoughts which make you difficult to reach from this side of the veil. Turn down the static, dear ones, let your minds be at peace. If you are at peace, then you are on track. Your frequency is high, and we can see you and reach you. Ask us to help you if you wish, and we will. We are eager to do all we can to assist you. You are on a journey back to love, back to your true nature. Open your hearts to love, first for yourself, then for the world you have created and co-created - including each and every thing [and person] in it. Be grateful, dear ones, for ALL your creations, with no exceptions. We send you great waves of love from this side, and you are welcome to rise up and surf on those waves, as you realize that all the waves are but one ocean and one love.
