Greetings to you, our beloved "I AM". We are indeed able to communicate with you even though you are concerned about some low-frequency aspects in your thoughts today. Remember what Xina said to you: the lesson of channeling for you is receiving and understanding fully, without any hesitation or condition, that you are holy and worthy to receive from the divine. We are also divine of course, and you are worthy of receiving communication - and love - from us. Put that firmly in your paradigm and bolt it down! You are worthy! You are God. You are the One Infinite Creator. No ego shenanigans can change your true nature, which can only be hidden from yourself and from other egos, not from us, and not from the divine. You know that Jesus walks with you and you and He hang out a lot together in the non-physical. Do you think he evaluates/sees you as your ego? He does not. He sees the divine gem that you are. And yes, this message is for everyone. For today's lesson on time and its taming, we remind you of the foundational power in reality (not your illusion) which is LOVE. This is the power that ignites and powers your Merkabas which can do many wondrous things. In this 3D world that is powered by physical forces, it may come as a surprise that love powers non-physical devices and "machines", if you will. So, of course, "playing with time" also requires love as a fundamental starting point. Love is power. Love is your true nature. Ascension can be defined as a returning to love. Christ consciousness is living as this Christ-love being. Time is an invention of the dense low-frequency illusion and thus the way to its undoing is the same path out of the illusion ad toward a remembrance and knowing of your true divine self. Time and fear are strongly linked. How often do you rush around, worried and anxious that you will not make it somewhere or accomplish something by a certain "time"? This is always a low frequency thought process and is always based on fear. Love, as you know, is the opposite of fear. Time will continue to imprison as long as love is not embraced. The journey back to love can be long (if you choose it to be) as there is much unloving programming you need to undo. Much of what is touted as love in your world is nowhere near its true nature. But we, Jesus, and so many others are here especially now at this time to assist you all in this journey of returning to what you already are and always have been and always will be. You cannot fail in this journey as it is a journey to nowhere, without any distance, and without any time. We love you and invite you all to call on us at any "time" and we will answer. We see you and love you.
